Lenset Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 6, 2026
Lenset is built with privacy as a default. Everything happens on your
device. Nothing is uploaded, shared, or sold.
What Lenset accesses
- Camera — to display the live preview and record video and photos
- Microphone — to record audio when filming
- Photo library — to save your captures and let you browse and
manage them inside Lenset
- Location — to tag captures with GPS coordinates and a compass
bearing for the Director's Viewfinder, when you grant permission
- Motion sensors — to determine the device's heading and tilt for
the Director's Viewfinder
What Lenset does with that data
All of it is processed locally on your iPhone and stored either in your
Photos library or in Lenset's local app storage on the device.
Lenset does not:
- Send any of your photos, videos, or metadata to a server
- Use any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
- Share, sell, or rent your data to anyone
- Build a user profile or advertising identifier
- Require an account or login
There is no Lenset cloud. There is no Lenset server.
